Communication Policy International Environment

This document was written a few years ago for the Communication Policy Research Laboratory (directed by Marc Raboy). It surveys the international and global institutions of communication governance while also mapping the principal fields and issues of communication governance at a supranational level. It has to be seen as a work in progress that needs to be updated. The document is only available in French.
